REF: ACCOUNTING INTERNSHIP
I am a third-year student, doing Bachelor of Accounting at Namibia University of Science and Technology
(NUST). As part of our course requirements, we are expected to have practical experience through taking on internship.
I am very adaptive to new environments and I’m sure to adapt to the company without challenges. Additionally, I am a fast learner having the ability to grasp the concepts at a faster rate. Applying for this opportunity in the company, I’m confident my communication skills will be put into use in hand with the listening skills which I possess.
Moreover, I can be calm under pressure and be able to work through giving good results at the end. Having studied modules such as financial accounting, cost and management accounting and taxation, I am sure to be equipped for this learning experience. I will bring to the company not only these skills but also a cooperative and positive attitude that aims higher as I have done in my studies. I also possess leadership skills and also have the ability to plan events as I did in my high school in the position of being the Toastmasters club president. As an aspiring accountant, I would love to be a part of the organisation as an intern, making the way up to where I aspire to be. Finding challenging but rewarding position in the company will help me improve on my competences and skills.
I would be overjoyed to get an opportunity to hear from you. Thank you for considering and making time to go through this letter. Enclosed is my resume, hoping you would consider it. If anything, I am reachable on +264-**-***-**** alternatively on **************@*****.***. Regards
Yours sincerely
