Department: HR, The Permanente Federation, Oakland, Ca Provide scheduling and meeting support by maintaining calendar of Senior Director of HR. Communicating with various Executives and Executive assistants, project managers and employees throughout The Permanente Federation. Scheduling conference rooms and order catering, assist to complete Director’s Expense Report in Kaiser Paylocity system, manage HR Newsletter, handle Service Awards process of ordering and distributing (these are awards presented to employees for tenure of service), provide On/Offboarding support to employees, maintain the ORG Chart (company organizational chart) in Power Point, as well as other administrative support. Create many documents including but not limited to letters, forms, reports and written Policies and Procedures. Experience creating Power Point presentations. Create and manage email distribution lists through List Manager.
