As a member of the Salesforce agile team, I participated in the introduction and proliferation of the Salesforce ecosystem to the college community of staff, faculty, and students. I worked with users to provide custom Salesforce solutions through Apex classes, controllers and triggers, Visualforce pages, Process Builder Rules, Flows, Validation Rules, third party tools such as Conga Composer/Conductor, Form Assembly, DemandTools and native Salesforce. A central motivation was to improve the user experience and data quality with data cleansing tools, the import of external data into the CRM, and to build custom Reports and Dashboards using CRM data, analytic snapshots, charting elements and KPIs. Assisted the conversion of migrating security from User Profiles to Permission Sets and Permissions Set Groups.

My work conformed to agile methodology of performing tasks in two-week sprints, participating on agile ceremonies including Backlog Grooming, Retrospectives, Team Improvement discussions, Sprint planning and rigid change control.

Software Developer February 2004 – August 2008

American Tower Corp, Southborough, MA

Developed multiple web parts for the internal Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution using C#, ASP.Net, SharePoint Extensions for VS and the SharePoint API. Web Parts and features included adding functionality on top of the OOB SharePoint solutions such as managing document holds, building custom workflows for moving documents between team sites and to the Record Center, providing an automated document number generator, creating ECB custom actions that act upon items at an item and library level and creating BDC definitions from Oracle web services.

Created Site Collections, custom master page and developed Web Parts on MOSS using C# and ASP.Net AJAX for a high profile project assisting sales people to produce reports that were used to secure tenancy contracts.

Contributed in the migration and upgrade of the company’s SharePoint portal from SharePoint 2003 to 2007 (MOSS).
