Account Manager – ARMED (9mm & .40)
Manage a diverse work group of 30 officers. Complete and publish shift schedules. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various duties. I am responsible to review monthly inspections, daily reports, and quarterly drills. I am open and work well with my officers and supervisors and encourage suggestions to work out and cover specific onsite tasks. I hold my supervisors responsible for their shifts. Allowing them to be more involved and engaged with their officers. Also, ensuring the information is passed down to other shifts so everyone is aware of what is going on or to be expected. When working with the client, we are able to support security operations at Plant 42, Site 1 (Boeing Palmdale Flight Test Facility). As a team, we identify and respond to customers request and issues by problem solving, troubleshooting, and when necessary, developing innovative solutions that remain consistent with organizational and Boeing policies. Maintain, update, and input Entry Authority List (EAL) based on requests for cleared/authorized personal (Visitors/Contractors) per accordance to procedural practices.
