COMMUNICATION

With nearly 30 years of working with customers, either in person, on the phone, via email or in writing I possess excellent communication skills. Living and working in Hawaii for so many years, where culture is very diverse, I learned to speak and communicate with all of my customers no matter the language.

LEADERSHIP

Thanks to my daughter, I became a youth soccer coach for many years. As a coach, one learns to communicate with her team, with other coaches, with referees and with parents. As a coach it was my responsibility to be the catalyst between all while being fair and leading my team to be the best that they could be.

I recently obtained an emergency radio operators license (KK7CST) with the hopes of becoming a part of the emergency network enabling me to serve Police and Fire with necessary communication in the event of an emergency; I have a special love for animals, my dog Lucy in particular; I love music and dabble at piano; I enjoy reading, board games, and gardening.
