Managed 3 accounts: Pakistan, India & Mexico handling import/export ready goods from and for these suppliers. Logged POs into ERP, and tracked progresses utilizing WHM & Asana. Leader of the Culture Comette ( DE & I ) and Spanish Bilingual where I educated not only the departments but also took charge of translating shipments and contracts into Spanish for my Spanish speaker vendors. I Wore multiples hat in my role with the goal of customer/vendor success. Work - Trips to determine future suppliers by participating in Leather Show Conventions. Create several Reports regarding containers, also forecast future goods. Calculate and negotiate days for drop-offs on-site. ( Scheduling ) Reviewed official documents (BOL & NOC) to resolve any discrepancies, and prepared documentation to be exported back to the correct parties.
