Updating new joiner’s & exit employee’s details in MIS.

Maintaining new joiner’s (in case of required documents) & existing personal files (in case of increments, promotions, disciplinary actions)

Updating Attrition Data on Regular Basis.

Performance Management Process (KRA):

Conducting annual appraisals along with all HOD’S co-ordination.

Following up with every department to get their appraisal forms within timeline.

Analysis of KRA’s & updating increments along with Head-HR on the basis of analyzed KRA.

Conducting confirmations of probation-based employees.

Processing Promotion & Increment letter to employees.

Set Goals for next year.

Handling PIP process, follow up and bring it to closure.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance:

Monitoring time keeping (In & Out) function.

Presenting productivity reports to HOD and CEO.

Find leave gap and communicating the same to RM.

Updating master data & salary break up of new recruits, Change in CTC on payroll & professional based and send it to Vendor.

Following up with Vendor & finance department to ensure salary disbursement as per timeline

Processing Full & final Settlements along with dues settlements, bonus, gratuity, etc.

Co-ordination & sorting out the employee’s salary & other queries if any.

Maintaining Shops & Establishments Registers – Meeting Audits & Labor Officer.

Assisting compliance person into PF & TLWF related statements & Challans, etc.

Assisting in filing of PF, ESIC, related forms & Helping in PF Transfer & Claim.

DSC owner of PF portal – approving, rejecting cases in PF Portal.

Income Tax – sharing and collecting proofs, advising on IT proofs for employees to get tax exempted, also to complete Audit on time and ensure all proper in process.

Online HR Portal Software:

Handling HR software’s co-ordination with vendor which includes Employee Profile, Leave, Attendance, Payroll & Policies.

Uploading policies, PM changes, adding comp off’s, Form 16, ensuring all available in portal.
