Professional Experience

May 2022- present: Airport Operations- JetBlue Airways

• Tag, lift and handle Customer luggage.

• Announce flight arrivals, departures, and pre-boarding information via the public address system.

• Communicate with our Customers to keep them constantly informed.

• Offer ancillary products to our customers such as “even more speed” and “even more space.”

• Coordinate various duties with coworkers and other departments to ensure proper handling of Customers.

• Help prepare aircraft cabin for Customer boarding and departure, which can include light cleaning of seats, seat pockets, and floor.

• Provides work direction, guidance, coaching, and training for staff with varying degrees of knowledge. Fosters an environment of open communication and teamwork in support of the department and organization’s goals and objectives.

• Works cohesively with the Geriatrics and Palliative Care providers to facilitate patients’ care plans by taking part in daily huddles/monthly case discussions, interdisciplinary team meetings, facilitating appointments, and coordinating information and continuing care requirements.

• Monitors and updates dashboard with reminders and alerts, to organize daily tasks such as visit status reminders, follow-up appointments, authorizations for medical review, coordination of specialty appointments, and resolving billing errors (when applicable)

• Serves as primary patient contact for all non-clinical questions an refers to clinical issues to the clinical staff. Check material submitted for supervisors’ attention to ensure all relevant data, authorizations, ad pertinent information are included.

• Works as a liaison with the clinical team, patients, and clinical staff to connect patients with relevant internal/external resources with other departments, units, or care centers, as well as within own department, to ensure effective coordination of work activities, and compliance with department and organization policies & procedures. Establishes and maintains confidential documents and official records. Follow all HIPAA and any other governmental or state agency requirements regarding the handling of PHI documents.
