Manage all aspects of Environmental, Safety and Health of a company of nearly 300 people in a 450K square foot facility.

Ensure compliance with EPA and FLDEP for waste streams including Universal, Hazardous, and Non-Hazardous wastes as well as within OSHA, ANSI, NFPA and other national standards.

Author and maintain all SOPs for the department along with managing and mentoring assigned staff in their duties ensuring the department exceeds expectations given them.

Handle incident investigations on injuries and near misses within the plant culminating into after action reviews which determine if courses of actions and processes in the facility need changes in order to be safer and more compliant with federal and state regulations.

Explosive Safety and Bomb Disposal Operations Manager

Managed all aspects of the EOD and Launch Ordnance programs on the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site, Republic of the Marshall Islands for the US Army.

Managed the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) operations for the range providing response to World War II munitions and response to possible improvised explosive device threats.

Worked with the HR department to build a tracking system for technicians; that was built as a sortable table in Excel so that if the project was in a specific area they could target technicians that were more local requiring the company not to pay out per diems and lodging as much as possible.
