2018 - 2021 President Mid Atlantic Construction Group - Fredericksburg Virginia Responsible for the complete oversight and operations of the company to include personnel management, operations oversight, business development, procurement, and estimating oversight, client liaison, P&L, financial management, and reporting to the board of directors. Total responsibility for overall company performance. Mid Atlantic Construction Group is a commercial general contracting company that also self performs the construction of petroleum fuel distribution systems to include fuel tank installation and replacement, fuel canopy construction, and fuel piping distribution systems. The General Contracting component of the business constructs mid-size retail, office, site construction, and convenience store construction for clients such as WAWA, Royal Farms, 7-11, and private developers. 2014 - 2018 Director of Design and Construction - B.P. Realty, LLC - Gaithersburg Maryland Managed the development process including the design, permitting, and construction of the Watkins Mill Town Center in Gaithersburg MD. This included the construction/renovation of the Paramount East building (112 units, $30 million), Paramount West Building (113 units, $29 million), The construction of the Majestic building (243 units, $90 million), and the Performers Park infrastructure associated with these buildings. Responsible for oversight and completion of all facets of the project including oversight of the design evolution and completion, jurisdictional approvals, administration of the general contractors, and management of all third-party consultants. Ultimately responsible for problem solving and deployment of appropriate solutions to all project challenges.

Design and construction of a significant town center to span across Route 270 from the East to the West. The town center will ultimately encompass both sides of route 270 with the interchange allowing mobility from one side to the other. 2010 - 2014 Director of Construction – Veterans Construction Inc. - National Locations Provide oversight and review of ongoing design build construction projects and staff on projects on military bases across the country. Participate in company marketing and procurement of new business opportunities. Provide extensive oversight of Army Corps of Engineers projects across the country. 1984 -1986 Scheduler and Cost Engineer – Bechtel - Gaithersburg Maryland Provided Project Management, scheduling and cost administration services on the Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant. Aided in the logistical planning of fuel rod replacement, turbine and turbine pedestal replacement, generator replacement, and other construction and design related tasks.
