Field Project Manager - Ferrazzano Classic Floors, Port Saint Lucie, FL. Currently managing an area covering all of Indian River County consisting of 150+ Homes/Developments including Off-Site lots & 2 story / 7 Unit Housing Complexes at any given time. Manage all aspects of flooring & wall, tile/hardwood/laminate and paver installation projects to ensure project timing, budget, and customer satisfaction. Projects range from 10k – 1 Mill Below are my “daily” Essential Job Functions

● Act as key point of contact with builder superintendents, interfacing through builder website, email, phone, and in person.

● Track all jobsite milestone dates in scheduling software “App Wright – Build Pro”

● Ensure completion of installation jobs according to builder install schedule.

● Ensure layout, materials, budget, and quantity accuracy.

● Work with the Production Coordinator to ensure accurate delivery dates of materials - material request dates

● Collaborate with trade partners throughout installation to ensure quality and efficiency.

● Assist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities - vendor contracts, work orders, job progress, layout
