Execute jobs, setting priorities, assigning tasks, necessary interventions and final checking and confirmation on completion of jobs in safe manner, leading a team of technicians, fitters, trainees, helpers and contractors, co-ordination with other departments like operation, instrument, electrical, corrosion & inspection and other facilitating services logistics, lifting, scaffolding etc... Assist Supervisor for inventory, review, records of spare parts and tools and raising requests as per requirement. Daily meetings with supervisor for findings & actions during routine checks, completion & progress of other PM, PDM, CM, break down maintenance activities, critical issues, schedules, next day activities requirements and other necessary matters. ACCOMPLISHMENTS/ STRENGTH

GAS TURBINE: Mfg.GE, ALSTHOM, NUVOPIGNONE, RUSTON and ROLLS ROYCE. Primary and secondary Air filter replacement, combustion chamber removal, and transition Pieces cross fire tubes and spark plug removal, labyrinth clearance checking &replacement, tilting pad journal & thrust bearing replacement and alignment of turbine etc.

STEAM TURBINE: Complete overhauling, change labyrinth seal. Adjusted the speed, bearing changing, Float adjustments, Checking and setting of all clearances, adjustments of valves, T.T.V, (Trip Throttle Valve), Gland sealing Steam, Oil slinger, Changing of blades ( reaction, impulsion,reacting impulsion), including tree root. Checking of carbon brush, Setting turning gear (engaging and disengaging and setting, Centering rotor and Packing rings clearance and replacement.

CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR: (Both horizontal split and barrel type).I took a leading role in group with company clients and independently for overhauling and replacing the rotor, run out checking of rotor, labyrinth seal clearance checking and replacement, Changing and assembling of mechanical seal & Dry gas seal, I can fix tilting pad, journal, (Sleeve Contact and tilting pad) & thrust bearing, opening the hydro fit taper couplings and hydro fit thrust disks and fix back the couplings, fixing of RTD and alignment of motor with compressor(both cold &hot alignments), If turbine offset alignment also.

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR: Replace the piston, and run out checking of piston rod, piston ring and rider ring replacement, checking and setting of frame end & outer end clearance, suction & discharge valve overhauling & replacement, stuffing box radial and tangential ring packing ring & oil scrapper ring replacement, check all clearances including crank shaft & connecting rod big end and small end bearing etc.

CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS:Single stage & multi stage pump and sun dyne pump, overhauling, shaft run out checking & replacement, maintain clearance between impeller wear ring and casing wear ring, mechanical seal changing or gland packing replacement, check the clearance of journal and thrust bearing using plastic gauge or lead wire, and replace the bearings, adjust axial thrust and float, and alignment of pump with motor.

RECIPROCATING PUMPS : (Piston type and diaphragm type) Stuffing box gland packing replacement, suction discharge valve checking, pump gear box maintenance, diaphragm replacement, pressure regulating valve & stroke limited servicing etc.

ROTARY PUMPS: Screw pump, gear pump & vane pump, overhauling and repairing.

CRYOGENIC PUMPS: Closing foot valve and pulling out the pumps from the tank and full dismantling & re building and install back in the tank like L.N.G. Loading pumps, Ethylene Pumps of Ebara Corporation and Nikkisso Co. Ltd. Japan.

MECHANICAL SEAL: Assembling & dismantling of single seal, double seal, arrangement of seals like face to face, back to back & tandem seal with single, multi-spring and bellow type both balanced and unbalanced seals make John Crane, Sealol India,Flow serve and Durametalic Corporation.

HEAT EXCHANGER & FIN FAN: Shutdown maintenance & testing(shell test, tube test with test ring and shell & reverse test ) of fixed tube, U tube and floating head type exchanger, re tubing, checking of baffer plates, guide rods, can check and set fin fan blade angle, etc.

VESSELS COLUMNS AND REACTORS: Changing fixing and repairing trays like Bubbles cap, Ballast, screen, Sieve and Quench ban & Demister pads and aware of catalyst and filling of catalysts.

TANKS: Worked in both fixed roof and floating roof tanks, changing of wiper seal and breather valves,

VALVES: Overhauling of all types of valves like, Gate valve, Globe valve, Check Valve, Needle Valve, Butterfly valve, Ball Valve, etc. overhaul pressure relief valve and adjust set pressure.

ALIGNMENT:OPTALIGN&ROTALIGN, laser alignment method, Reverse Alignment with Graphical & Analytical Method and Rim & Face method with 3 dials and 2 dials, Offset alignment
