Area Maintenance Manager: Provide property management services to home owners in the Peoria metropolitan area. Inspect and perform light maintenance to 400 homes in the metropolitan area, including rent ready, move in, move out inspection identifying any code violations and deficiency items that needed repair before the tenant moved in to allow a smooth home renting experience.
