I was are company utility operator depending on the day and work orders in the departments is we're I would work for the day I mainly worked on the cnc machines helping to get orders cut and reloaded for the operators main job duties were keep are equipment running and all walking areas kept clean of any debris any maintenance that needs done we did ourselves unless we need to get somebody in there main thing was to make sure the slagger was ran and dumped into the proper dumpsters when we run the slagger and everything we wouldn't dump our dustbins so that way we are done for the day with the maintenance and clean up was done for the day.
Sand blasting and paint booth
Every morning I would start my day in the sandblasting booth so that way we can get everything painted and ready to ship the next day depending on what orders we had for shipment my main job in the sandblasting was to get any slag or imperfections or scratch marks anything in the material that could cause any deformities or problems with the paint. After I sandblasted the parts I will bring them out and make sure there is no sand or beads inside the material that could cause a problem with paint. The mean job duties for you to get your product done properly and on time and if we were slow we would do the maintenance on our equipment ourselves or anything while operating if needed WELDING DEPARTMENT
I did not work in welding too much but while I was there most jobs I would do we have blueprints for and we would follow whether the instructions and blueprints gave us unless we noticed something wrong with the prints and then we will go up to the office to get sales people to check if are prints were correct we mainly did mig welding and ark welding for most of are products we would get stick welding jobs every so often the biggest thing was making sure everything was done properly and done to the specific specifications because there Wes never be room for errors Forklift Operator/ yard worker

April 2009
I was selected by my company to be are forklift trainer and overhead crane training because of how diligent I was doing my job and making sure all safety precautions format Lead mill operator/maintenance
August 2012
After learning all the jobs and departments at Allied tuba and conduit the operation manager offered me to take on the role of lead man and on the mill and doing all the offline setup for the next jobs making sure we have everything we needed that included the mill forming rolls Bearings block spacers root shims making sure everything I could put together while we were still running was done.
When we would do the breakdown Mill I was supposed to supervise but I always make sure I got into the job with my guys so we can just get it ready to go and nobody feel they're being treated different once I had the mill size down and up and running the next job I would walk the mill make sure everything was running probably and then after that they put me with maintenance to learn more about the mill and how to fix it I was doing that at the regular operator but I enjoyed learning everything because I could usually catch any of the equipment problems before it caused us down time
Roll kraft certification of set up operations
April 2011
It was a class I took at rollkraft engineering for Allied tube and was given the award after learning from them I was able cut the tube mill setup down quite a bit and increase productivity by 20% in six months
