PERSONAL SUMMARY:

I worked last 8 years in UAE as Systems manager responsible for the infrastructure of all our IT projects with the UAE government agencies .

Working with all project stakeholders including the Government customers, international services provider and the local IT companies gave me great experience with projects infrastructures managements .

Our projects in UAE were focusing on eLearning and Simulation training projects, were I have to control the systems infrastructure at country level, on the other hand focus on the users training to get the best outputs for these systems .

I worked so hard to ensure the best delivery off aal projects to Perform quality control measures for all outputs of the work .

I worked on Both HW and SW materials, with experience in OS(Win, Linux ), I worked systems worked under MS-WIND and SYtems worked under Linux systems like Red hat, OPEN SUSE, UBUNTU and other operating systems,Networking is main part of my IT project to work in local network and public networks .

Customer services is main part of my work while users of the systems need the details of the daily use of there work on the systems .
