As the Civil Rights Director for Mission Delivery, Office of Civil Rights (OCR), I serve as a nationally recognized and respected authority and Agency spokesperson on a diverse range of issues related to Title V, Title VI, and Title VII Civil Rights Act of 1964 (29 CFR Part 1614).
