Provide project management services for the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Portfolio Management and Real Estate (OPMRE) to enact their Lease Cost Savings Plan at the GSA’s Regional Office Building (ROB) in Washington DC.

Formulate pre-negotiation objectives to support procurement activities with agency clients, track overall schedule, cost, scope of project from requirements development through to final billing and turnover to operations. Lead the requirements development process and oversee deliverables from identification to project closeout and turnover. Ensure project progress reporting consistency with GSA management systems such as REXUS, GREX, Galaxy Scorecard, ePM etc. Develop Scopes of Work (SOW’s) and Independent Government Estimates (IGE’s). Review Design Intent Drawings (DID’s), Contract modifications, cost Proposals, change orders and Construction Drawings (CD’s) for scope, technical accuracy, constructability and bidding.

Services Provided

Track overall schedule, cost, scope of project from requirements development through to final billing and turnover to operations.

Leads the requirements development process and oversees the receipt of deliverables (i.e. Functional, Technical and Finalized requirements) from within the Identification Phase, to the Project Closeout Phase and turnover to operations. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all communication and materials for meetings and presentations required to advance the project during the entire project lifecycle.

Assist with the development of scopes of work, independent government estimates and the formulation of pre-negotiation objectives to support procurement activities.

Communicate with the client agency throughout the project based on the agreed-upon communications plan within the project management plan.
