Developing a safety strategy that supported the maturity of a strong safety culture for a portfolio group within the organization. The safety strategy and any plans are consistent with and support the overall organization’s safety strategy and safety culture
Supporting the organizations group and management team in deploying HSE initiatives ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and the organization safety system.
I reached to grow MERCK, MPEC, BMG, etc… HSE compliance and safety performance level that aggressively prospected & reached 85% of its performance in less than three months.
As par OSHA regulation and local legislation, 25% of staff at GE Tunisia head office has been trained in advanced fire-fighting, fire warden, advanced CPR and emergency response training. Yet, as required tier 1 & tier 2 drills have been processed accordingly with liaison of local Civil Protection forces.

Handled weekly management (JGC and subcontractors head of sections) safety tour. lead wrap up meeting, collect the observations highlighted, prioritize corrective actions by risk level, initiate and communicate walkthrough report and made following and tracking actions taken according to deadline.
Inspected site operation in a regular basis. Immediate intervention taken accordingly and submit daily report to subcontractors and making follow up and updating the daily safety observation register regularly.
Established Quarter safety drills plan and keep always managing, mentoring and monitoring scheduled due date. Consistently we attain our objectives on target.
Delegate safety supervisors’ onsite inspection and ensure corrective actions have been taken accordingly and evidences/samples have been collected and tracked.

Designed, managed and conducted industrial hygiene project studies.
Coordinate and assist Geocean site managers into regular HSE Compliance through an interior audits and site weekly walkthrough.
Deployed and attend weekly safety meeting with client.
Illustrate Risk assessments to critical offshore operations that were successfully approved by client after performed meetings.
Initiated the project close out HSE report and submitted to Geocean top management team for approval and perusal.
OCTOBER 2014 – AUGUST 2017
PROJECT HSE MANAGER, GAMA ENGINEERING, ALGERIA.
Joined an ongoing project with GAMA Engineering with 5 recorded LTIs and the project safety performance score was at 47%, less than the required average. However, after three months of hard work we reached to increase the score up to 72% and we ended our mission in the project, after almost 3 years with Zero LTI, 2 RWC, 4 PD, 4 HIPO Near-miss and 39 Near-miss.
Reached to monitor and mentor project activities quantitative statistics throughout tracking registers that were created and adopted and kept up to date regularly.
Hands on site operation by developing a safety strategy that supported the development of a strong safety culture among the project asset. However, new skilled and competent safety staff have been recruited and delegated to ensure GAMA set goals and objectives are attained.

Planned, executed and directed HSE Management programs and I was the author of all the project’s operation risk assessments at both offshore and onshore operation.
Prepared and conducted all weekly safety Meetings and carried out extensive on-site safety monitoring on all safety activities.

Orchestrated advanced specific HSE training program to client (GECOL) staff. I developed the training platform and executed the training sessions according to set target dates.
