Duties: Receive a loan from our bot-opening team and reviewed the file thoroughly and prepared it for Underwriting, ran fraud alert, and ran DU/LP, send out a welcome letter, submit the loan to UW. Once approved I send the approval to the borrower, loan officer and their assistant with my approval email. The email requested all that is needed from the borrower. Then once the borrower submitted all conditions in. I would send back to Underwriting for the clear to close. Once clear then we do a verbal VOE and run the fraud alert. I review all appraisal and title information. Made sure all invoices and payoffs were in the buckets they belong in encompass, which was appraisal, credit and we put the closing disclosure, condo review and condo request fee invoices in that bucket. Then push to closing. We sent a pipe review to our boss once a week and I processed 60-150 loans per month I worked with Conventional, FHA/VA, USDA, PHFA loans. I would order Fraud alerts, social verifications, tax transcripts, credit supplements, appraisal corrections, final inspections and ordering new credit. I ordered written voes verbal voes. Reviewed income, assets. Appraisal info, tittle info trust info divorce n child support info.

Duties: Receive a loan from our opener and reviewed the file thoroughly and prepared it for Underwriting, ran fraud alert, and ran DU/LP, send out a welcome letter, submit the loan to UW. Once approved I send the approval to the borrower, loan officer and their assistant with my approval email. The email requested all that is needed from the borrower.
