DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Governance and assurance of the Document Control Management system.

Closely monitor and coordinates the variety of documents and drawings received from the Contractor to ensure that the Project documentation are in accordance with the agreed deliverables register and clarify any queries and problems that might arise.

Liaises with Project Management Team (IPMT) and Contractor’s Engineering personnel to ensure the receipt of complete documents, updated drawings, specifications or other project documents are in accordance with specific contract conditions.

Receive, verify and routes the documents, Drawings, As-Built drawings, Method Statements, Procurement, Handover Certificates, Provisional Certificates, MARs, Engineering and QA/QC related, and other technical queries for review and approval of the Project Management Team.

Ensures that all documents and drawings issued/received are stamped, identified, dated, logged in the proper register and in accordance with the Project Numbering System.

Establish and maintains Master Document Register of all Project Technical documents, specifications and drawings and updates register accordingly.

Facilitates electronic copies of general/technical documents, data sheets, procedures, etc., and properly handles the filing and archiving of all documents for easy retrieval and reference.

Prepares and maintain the uploading and routing of drawing and technical documents as per the Client’s Project in Baan software

Maintains the soft copies of all documents to be available on the Shared Drive for reference and easy access.

Maintain and archive hard and soft copies of all general/technical and non-technical documents, Contract, Post-Contract drawings, Shop Drawings and all other project documents.
