Senior Project Manager 2021-Present

Following on from a particularly busy year, in 2021 at Amazon,2022 brought me back to my roots in Hospitality. Since joining Nexus I have completed a new Pasta Restaurant for Various Eateries which is their no.1 flagship build.

During this build I was also SPM on an MJMK Project in Fitzrovia called Lisboeta for the World famous chef “ Nuno Mendes “ this was a fire damaged building in Fitrovia which needed extensive planning and

works to get back to where it is today, proving a logistical challenge to boot being in a tight Street in Fitzrovia.

Also, during this period I managed Coppa Club Haslemere restaurant and Hotel “The Georgian” a listed former hotel needing a full strip out back to shell and refitting to modern standards and regulations.

The Coppa Club Bath and exploratory works at the Coppa club Guilford. All in all a pretty challenging start to the year. I have built up a good relationship with the clients during this time.

Leading and delivering 3 Amazon (DBI 7 DBX 7 DBR2 ) sites in little over 6 months including an award-winning E-V centre at Magna Park Leicestershire.
