Account activation for customers using ERP system.
Assign our technicians with daily jobs such as installation and troubleshooting of signals.
Assist with on-the-job training for Multichoice installers.

Break the extra view link and link it back again when the communication between primary decoder to secondary decoder is broken.

Provide support service to customers for Multichoice DSTV.
Resolve billing related matters as checking customer account balance.
Troubleshooting incidents, problems, service requests and testing decoders and cabling if they are showing error.
