>As maintenance supervisor I was responsible for all facility maintenance and supervision of technicians assigned to my shop. This consisted of preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance, an emergency repairs. All electrical, all cranes and hoist, pendants, drive controllers, Programmable Logic Controllers(PLC), limit switches, proximity switches, air line and compressor systems, repairing all nail guns, routers, saws, hand tools, etc. HVAC, and lots more. I was also Facility Fire and Safety Officer over OSHA and NFPA.

This is an ongoing business adventure that I have owned and operated for over twenty-five years. It consists of remodeling or restoring Historical Homes. I do partial or complete restorations. This company has won many awards for its work projects. Carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating/cooling, security, landscaping and more.

I have been sub-contracting as a maintenance technician since 2003. I have been working for electrical companies, industries, nursing homes, realtors, apartment complexes, and more. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, make-ready's, remodeling, new construction, equipment and electrical apparatus assembly, systems diagnostics, fabricating, Programmable Logic Controllers installation and programming, automation devices, proximity sensors, drives, preventive maintenance, scheduled maintenance and more. I have worked as an project manager, foreman, site supervisor, and many other capacities related to my field.
