Customer Service/Sales /Work from Home-REMOTE Position (Full Time 8:00AM -5:30PM) August 2016-September 2017

I provided customer service/sales remotely from my home office of Medicare health products and services to relieve pain. I used my home computer and USB Headset to engage customers through an inbound dialer. This position required matching clients with braces and services to help alleviate their pain while regularly updating the company intranet of client pertinent information through data entry. The information added to the system each day included client contact information, primary care provider, healthcare records, insurance information, and billing codes.

EDEGREE ADVISOR CLIENT SUPPORT REMOTE:

Education Sales/Work from Home Remote Position -Part Time 11:00AM-4:00PM June 2012- June 2015

My role entailed contacting individuals on an Outbound Dialer using a USB Headset through my home office computer. I engaged customers through USB Headset to enroll in various accredited educational college programs and trades provided throughout the country. Each sale consisted of successfully matching a prospective student to the provided educational programs in the company’s database. The compensation I received was strictly based on commission pay of sales. This position really helped me to strengthen my weekly quota sales skills.
