10)Auto Oil lubrication system development for very low space press tools, It helps consistent quality, Improving punch & die tool life, reduce oil consumption, & spillage of oil & cleaning time & failure of electric motor& encoder due to oil. Horizontal deployment in all related presses. It is chronic problem of department.

11) Work on reduction on rework time due to Burr in heavy sheet metal components.

By means of special tools for turning burr, implant block inspection method, tool history card, improving press slide & press accuracy, improving oil lubrication during drawing process, improving raw material edge to reduce tool damage,
