Duties:

1.Assisted the university secretary/accounting officer in execution of all general administrative and accountability issues in:

Cleaning of facilities done

Procurement of consumables for central administration, council and departments at the university

Coordinated and participated with relevant governing council committees, departments units to ensure timely periodic design, review and implementation of various university policies, procedures, regulations and terms and conditions of service (e.g. staff appraisals) in line with other applicable laws, rules and guidelines in entire university set up-including those of: students accommodation, quality assurance, committees set ups, election and swearing in of staff representatives to council, I was the master of ceremonies on lecturers’ pedagogical trainings.
