Serve as a Compliance Specialist conducting all functions necessary to generate, implement, research, and report all financial changes to the employees associated with my assigned CBU’s.

Providing a vast number of tasks/functions for the employee’s of DOHMH as they relate to all adjustments to gross for each staff member of the assigned workflow.

Performs data analysis, audits of employees’ pay based on title parameters with the Agency

Create and generate reports utilizing the necessary systems to make accurate recommendations on resolution based on findings.

Prepare and Process Uniform allowance payments for all eligible unionized employees in compliance with their Collective Bargaining agreement in a timely and efficient manner.

Analyze employees’ employment history to determine eligibility for the Recurring Increment payment, disseminating actions for HR processing

Preparing new and recoupment actions accurately and timely for processing
