2.5 years of experience as a Special Liability Claims Representative for a major carrier in which I regularly managed 100 active bodily injury files. Assignment would regularly be from the investigation inception, statements, scene and vehicle photos, determination of liability up to final disposition of either: whether coverage was in force for loss, determination of fraud or legitimate claim, denial and issuance of legal denial letter if it was determined our party wasn’t liable, litigation, and/or evaluation of medical bills and lost wages to establish settlement range leading to negotiation and settlement.

3.5 years of experience as an Insurance Agent primarily for Property and Casualty Insurance, but also licensed and trained in Life, Health and Financial Investment Products such as Mutual Funds and Annuities. This position involved meeting with clients, evaluation of their insurance needs, recommendation and custom building insurance products to meet their needs, customer service, processing and file maintenance of up to 1400 active insurance clients, vehicle and home change outs, reviews with existing customers for changing needs.

5 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser for both Residential and Commercial Properties. This process would include: inspection of the property both interior and exterior before and after repairs, remodeling or addition, valuation of comparable recently sold properties to determination valuation of subject property, adjustment for differences in properties, measuring and drawing of subject property, taking and uploading interior and exterior photos, consultation with bank, mortgage company or other lending source, order processing and payment collection, adjustment and/or additional work on file to satisfy additional requesting by lending entity.

Education and Training

BBA from The University of Texas at Arlington with a specialty in Finance and Real Estate.

9 completed CPCU classes. One additional class needed for two specialty designations.

Numerous continuing education classes in Investigation, Statement Taking, Fraud, Negotiation, Legal Letter Writing, Mediation, and Evaluation of Medical Bills and Injuries.

Recently taken Business Software class to update computer skills.
