Obtained over forty USDA direct (H1) or indirect (H2) Approvals for select lubricant products. This opened new markets in the US and was used as a marketing tool around the world.

Evaluated several competitor’s base stocks for use in lubricates. Managed resources, along with one to three technicians, to complete these evaluations in a TQM (Total Quality Management) atmosphere.
Accomplishments:
Developed, implemented, and completed the catalytic dewaxed (MLDW) product testing program that ensured lubricant quality standards were met with the base stock produced using new dewaxing technology.
Improved precision of key quality tests using computerized statistical control techniques. This resulted in reducing re-testing cost and was used as a marketing tool.
