As Restaurant Manager my primary focus was to ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience. The memorable experience is created through the developing and continued training of all staff members as well as implementing plans to improve guest satisfaction. Additionally, I ensured all sanitation, safety and security guidelines are followed. Recruiting and training new staff members as well as actively marketing the restaurant to new groups and potential guests are high priorities. Scheduling staff members, monthly profit and loss analysis, placing food, liquor, beer and supply orders, and managing daily operations to ensure that sales and labor projections are reached or exceeded are also continuous activities.

I managed a staff of up to 75 cast members working in multiple high-volume locations within the pavilion. With a new group of cast members arriving nearly every 6-8 weeks, much of my time was spent developing the cast so that the new staff can be properly trained. This development includes training guides, constant review of product knowledge and daily procedures.
