KNOWLEDGE

·Being in pharmaceutical courses for 4+ years and with 4 years of experience in the pharmacy, I have gained a broad understanding of most mainstream pharmaceuticals. I specialize in the mechanism of action and molecular level interactions. This experience will help me to explain the potential effects and advantages of medications of interest and the disadvantages of competitor formulations.

I was able to land a 1099 sales position with OptumRx. I am tasked with the mission to visit all pharmacies in the Pensacola area once every 4-6 weeks. I see this position as a precursor to my ideal position as a full-time pharmaceutical sales representative.

AUTHORIZED CONTRACT CARRIER - S&M DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION (2022-CURRENT)

I took a job to support my family in which I work 6 days a week delivering and installing appliances for Home Depot and GE. Customer service and communication skills are polished daily.

SALES – AMERICAN FREIGHT (2021-2022)

In order to gain more sales experiences, I took a job at American Freight. I learned much regarding the art of the sales pitch during my time. I gained valuable experience working with customers.

RETAIL SETTING PHARMACIST INTERN/TECHNICIAN WALGREENS 2017-2021

Worked in the retail setting for 4 years as a pharmacist intern/pharmacy technician in the state of Florida's 20th busiest Walgreens pharmacy by prescription volume. As pharmacist intern I had the opportunity to counsel patients regarding drug therapy, transcribe voicemail prescriptions directly from practitioners and was responsible for transferring prescriptions to and from other pharmacies. This job involved coordinating with RN’s, doctors and/or case workers by phone.

CAR WASH ATTENDANT RONNY’S CAR WASH EXPRESS 2014-2017

Customer service and support was a constant part of the job. I learned much about solving problems and dealing with upset customers (i.e damaged vehicle). I learned to diffuse heated situations and to provide empathetic and effective communication among customers and staff.

REC STAFF & ZIP LINE GUIDE ADVENTURES UNLIMITED OUTDOOR CENTER 2011-2014

Constant interaction with customers and fellow employees while on job. Given the task of transporting customers to the entry point and then consolidating the canoes, kayaks and tubes at the end of their trip. Was trusted to guide and protect guests 60 feet in the air and moving upwards of 30+ miles per hour as a zip line guide.
