● To who it may concern, my name is Bernadette. I am an extremely hard and dedicated worker, friendly and detail oriented and I will make an amazing addition to your team. I was raised in Seattle and I was given the opportunity to participate in dog 4-H for 7 years, through middle school and high school. I learned not only how to care for, train and to be around animals, but also I learned discipline, responsibility, leadership and multitasking skills. I graduated from college in 2016 with a BA in Psychology and Liberal Arts. At college, out in North Dakota, I worked in the cafeteria/restaurant full time while going to school full time from 2014-2016. I was a floater in the kitchen, dish area, prep area, inventory and waited on tables at big events and celebrations. I have since then been working as a server at Golden Corral and have been working as a CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant. I have plenty of experience with customer service, handling difficult situations and remaining level headed and handling many different personality types. I hope you will consider me as an addition to your team; it has always been my passion being a waitress and providing great customer service. Employment History:

● February 15th 2018– currently working. Golden Corral, Vancouver WA. (Waitress). Duties: Provide excellent customer service, bussing tables quickly and efficiently, sanitizing tables, chairs and touch points; and serving, refilling drinks, anticipating customers needs, detailed cleaning and sweeping.

● December 2016 – October 2022. (Private CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant). Brush Prairie, WA. Duties: Taking care of disabled or elderly clients, her ADLs, using hoyer lift, administering meds, showering, getting in and out of bed, road trips, managing staff)

● August 2014 - May 2016 Chartwells Dining, Bismarck ND. (Kitchen helper/floater) Duties: was a floater and worked all over as prep, inventory, bakery, pizza, grill, dishwasher, server and cashier.

● December 2013 – August 2014 Petco, Monterey, CA. (Sales Associate) Duties: Cleaning animal’s cages, handling animals, customer service, dog training, stocking, cleaning and shipment.

● August 2011-December 2013 Senior Living Bridgewood, Vancouver. WA 98684. Duties: Served and Waited on the Seniors at Bridgewood. I took orders, brought orders back to the kitchen, returned with their food, kept their drinks refilled, restocked the salad bar, worked as a dishwasher and prep cook when needed.
