Hi Asya,

I just wanted to write and let you know that Marquaisa did an AMAZING job taking care of my customer today! Brenda Lovely is one of our customers and had a nightmare of a time with her claim, XXXXXXX. The nightmare was started by another carrier but eventually the claim came to State Farm. Over recent days, and I think weeks, she had been in contact with several SF claims reps and by the time she called me yesterday she was completely frustrated and planned to speak with an attorney today at 5:30. She loves SF however, and trusts me, so wanted to see if I could help. I called yesterday and spoke with a representative who then assigned the claim to the Complex team, I believe. I spoke to the Complex team rep for quite a while and wasn’t sure this would be easily resolved. Last night he sent a message that it had been sent to total loss for review. When I called today and spoke to Marquaisa she reviewed the notes and said it did seem that a lot had been going on but that it didn’t seem to be moving forward. She reviewed carefully and told me not to worry that she would take care of the customer. She couldn’t have handled this more quickly or more professionally in my opinion.

We’re so grateful for great claims reps. I was so relieved when I heard those words from her and told her she truly made my Friday! Based on my conversation the day before I didn’t think it would go this smoothly and was afraid the customer was in for a battle. I called Beverly and she was so relieved too.

I just wanted you to know how much we in the agency force appreciate all of you in claims. We know your jobs isn’t easy either and truly are grateful when we can work together to help our customers. Have a wonderful weekend!
