• Assisted in the creation of case files, the recovery of premium arrears and interest, and the investigation of false claims submitted to the Benefits Administration Section as a member of the Fund Recovery Team. Calculated and negotiated numerous premium arrears agreements involving delinquent employers.

Under Benefits Administration Section (2018 September – 2018 December)

• Contributed to TAT processing - manually checked if ICD 10 codes are properly assigned and tracked claims submitted by Health Care Providers accredited by PhilHealth for their completeness and encoded their claims on the database.

• Adjudicated eClaims and their supporting documents and necessary attachments. Arranged processed claims based on their hospital code and chronologically sorted them for check preparation upon completion, attached batch receipts to claims for receiving to Health Care Providers.
