Results-oriented professional civil engineer with extensive experience in civil engineering, land development, and water resources.

Experience includes grading and drainage design, preparing SWPPP, hydrology/hydraulic studies, preparing and reviewing construction documents, 2012 International Code criteria, permitting, etc.

General Engineer: Davis Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ (Contract Assignment)

Planned, designed, maintained airfield/vehicle pavements as well as structures/facilities that provided shelter, support transportation systems and flood mitigation of facilities.

Prepared layouts, design considerations, and specifications.

Served as Safety Officer as collateral duties.

Developed the Water Resources Technology Program at Gateway Community College in Phoenix, AZ on behalf of the U.S. Geological Survey. Served as Director and Instructor for that program.

Responsibilities included selection of curriculum, course content, textbooks, laboratory configuration, purchase of equipment and supplies, presenting the program in Spanish and English through the TV media and local schools, recruiting students, and began teaching in September 1992.
