In the pipelines and terminals group, I was responsible for monthly customer billing and invoice resolution for 5 pipelines and 12 terminals. Also responsible for the volumetric accounting for all inventory held at the terminal and within the pipelines and any ad-hoc reporting as needed. Worked closely with pipeline schedulers and terminal employees to resolve and or report any inventory balance discrepancies. In the closing and control group, I was responsible for the monthly railcar lease revenue billing and expense allocation across intercompany cost centers. Worked extensively in SAP and other lease accounting and tracking systems.
In the marketing financial services group, I was responsible for administering several customer programs, recording the depreciation and amortization for each marketing program. Working closely with the customer sales reps and marketing customer service reps to ensure customer programs are current and up to date and helping to answer any customer questions. I also worked as an internal program auditor to ensure that all existing marketing programs and new programs were setup and reported correctly per the program guidelines. Worked extensively in SAP and other marketing systems.
