Review and identify fax documents to process them into the funding packages. Evaluate manifest reporting to ensure contract packages are received at our external storage facility. Create manifest to send purchased contracts to Deutsche Bank for storage. Work the Contract Exception and the Image Indexer queue, in order to upload document to the approval number in order to fund the deal. Enter incoming mail on the mail log, to keep track of what was received on a daily basis, and ship checks to dealerships, finance company, seller and customer. Communicate daily with Managers, ASM, RSM and Dealers. Maintain an organized filing system for dealer documentation. Perform other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives. Act in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values and priorities to all communications, decisions, and actions. Negotiate and resolve problems from dealerships to SCUSA based on post funding discovery. Use of strategic thinking, analytical skills, or process improvement to continually evaluate and enhance workforce to implement best practices. Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all systems, policies and procedures. Communicate payoffs, explain missing paperwork in order to fund a deal, calculate sales tax, complete a review of extended warranties and gap contracts.

Manage a portfolio of delinquent loans and work with loan modification and dispositions specialists to determine a solution that will cure the account in a timely manner.
