I am working for Stanbic Bank Botswana holding the position of Officer Processing within Operations Department and responsible for Cheque Payments, EFT Payments, Credit Card transactions, Higher Purchase and Lending (HP&L). Currently, I am acting for a Query Resolution Officer position within BFC Department since October 2021. I have worked in the Banking Industry for the past 15 years and have attained broad knowledge of the industry, and an appreciation of its operational challenges.

I have excellent interpersonal skills, confident and accustomed to working under pressure with minimal supervision.

I aspire to obtain a challenging level position that will utilize and enhance my Banking knowledge and skills as well as being able to groom me into being an ethically sound, pro-active, equipped individual.

I have contributed to good customer service as I have been nominated for beyond excellence for couple of times.

I was called to stand in for System Administrators at IT for processing of Payments in and outside the Bank whilst they were in isolation during the first lockdown and managed to perform their duties without having losses or queries. During that time, I managed to pick failures and were addressed same day, and I was applauded and complimented for the good work by the Manager.
