• I ensure California Unemployment Insurance Code (CUIC) and federal regulatory compliance of employer payroll tax accounts in support of Tax Branch post-processing operations

• I meet productivity goals of the Special Processes Group’s workloads by applying the provisions of the CUIC and in compliance with Departmental regulations, policies, and procedures in processing Returned Warrants and SPG Refunds (employer overpayment refunds) resulting from the quarterly and/or annual reconciliation between payroll tax returns and tax contributions

• On a daily basis, I work in ACES and InfoImage to reduce other SPG workloads
