I am a BSc. in Agriculture graduate from the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka and completed MSc. in Food Science and Technology in PGIA, University of Peradeniya and currently reading for MPhil. in Food Science and Technology in Faculty of Graduate Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.

Currently, I am working as a Research Assistant in the SLCARP (Sri Lanka Council for Agricultural Research Policy) funded research project. Before that, I have worked as the Research Assistant at the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, and engaged in quality assurance activities related to the faculty. At the beginning of my carrier, I worked as a Demonstrator in the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, and gained extensive experience as an undergraduate trainee in the IFCO.
