Merical Inc. (September) – Lead Gummy Operator
Worked alongside Planning and Tech Ops to create Manufacturing Directions and accurate Batch Tickets. Worked with the Warehouse to make sure correct ingredients with their amounts were picked and information given back to Planning in a timely manner. Assisted Quality Control with all paperwork and that GMP’s were followed by my team. Understanding the machinery and providing Maintenance with lists of necessary modifications and repairs that need to be made for more efficiency. Understood and assisted Sanitization and Safety departments to provide a safer and cleaner working environment. Also, worked alongside Research and Development to assist with a smoother transfer of formulas from their benchtop to our full Gummy System. Supervised my team, while I continued training and making sure all specifications were met and the machine was in working condition.
