• Submitted monthly fund request to HUD.

• Conducted performance evaluation of personnel.

• Developed and implemented annual capital improvement projects including contract coordination, approval, and oversight.

• Collected rent, filed all legal documents with the courts, performed annual tenant re-certifications, maintained waiting list, performed initial certifications, move ins, move outs and evictions.
