The positions/facilities from December 2015-November 2020 were all under one management company, Daybreak Venture. One facilitiy shut down and the last two were sold to another company. I also helped my last 2 Regional managers oversee the other facilities in their regions. One with Daybreak Venture and the other with Transitionhealth. My goal when I became a business office manager in 2006 was to be a Regional within 5 years. I have worked my way up from a CNA, Medical Records/central supplies to a Business Office Manager. I had also at Woodland Manor when the Pandemic shut everything down as Businees Office Manager had to take over Housekeeping and Laundry, Central Supplies, Ordering all PPE and kept Covid out of the facility up until we were sold and I decided it was time for me to move on for personal reasons.
