• Prepare mortgage and loan documents: including, initial Closing Disclosures, Deed of Trust, Note and applicable Riders in accordance with polices and guidelines

• Prepare and audit loan Siles to ensure all conditions are cleared and Sile is ready to close.

• Acts as liaison to other departments within Escrow to resolve questions pertains to documentation: may contact Division or their professional representatives for responses to documentation or collate- ral questions as directed by supervisor or requested by Relationship Mangers.

• Communicate with title ofSicers to ensure that all title issues are satisSied and loan is properly recor- ded and funded within established time frames.

• Manage closing calendar and monitor shared email folders.

• Work with lien clearance associates to ensure all required items are obtained prior to closing.
