As a Pool Monitor, I monitor any and all activities that happen in the pool area. I ensure the safety of everyone that enters the area and help maintain a clean and neat environment for all members. Customer service is a big part of my job as I check everyone in using a reservation system and handle guest services. Working large events with hundreds of people is also a major factor in this job as well. While maintaining a clean and safe environment with a large crowd is difficult, I really enjoy the challenge! As a Facility Operations Team Member, I am responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the club and overall satisfaction of all members. While cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing is a major factor in my role, I also find it important to make meaningful connections to members as it makes for a more friendly and inviting environment. While facility operations is my main job, other duties are often asked of me including checking members in at the front desk.
