I am a conscientious, self-motivated and results oriented individual who possess excellent communication and listening skills and strive to make a direct and positive impact in the lives of patients. I have strong passion of working in diverse environments from clinics, health centers and hospitals to residential accommodation and patients own homes providing health, educational and advisory service to patients and meeting the needs of the elderly, vulnerable patients and people with disability who find it difficult to visit the hospital. AngloGold Ashanti Health foundation- Obuasi East Health Directorate (March 2018 to Date) Health Promotion Officer
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the organization of Antenatal care to clients.
• Provide key services during the antenatal period that will help improve health outcome for clients (IPT, PMTCT, Prevention and control of Anemia)
• Provide counselling to clients on birth preparedness and complicated readiness
• Prepare notes and power point presentation.
• Assess medical needs of patients and assist with their basic needs.
