Focus: Managed range of construction and improvement projects, to include purchasing materials, enforcing safety, and overseeing personnel to ensure all tasks were completed within set timeframes and to quality standards. Served as lead for quoting jobs and providing accurate and detailed estimates based on each client’s unique requirements.

Facilitated all maintenance and construction requests for 160,000 sq ft. Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, including managing building security issues, janitorial functions, and annual budgeting.
