I work in a Skilled Nursing Facility which also treats Outpatients. When our Rehab Director is out of the office, I fill in as the Assistant Rehab Director. I schedule our staff, as well as schedule PRN staff with assignments for the day, attend Stand Up Meeting with other Heads of Departments and Administrator. I make ongoing schedule changes as they arise, in addition to my own patient caseload. At the request of our Regional Director, I am in charge of maintaining our Documentation Due List, which tracks all of our documentation for Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. I work closely with the Medical Records Director to insure a timely and accurate Documentation tracking system.

Worked under the supervision of an RPT in this skilled nursing facility. I also worked PRN in Memphis hospitals on a PRN basis for this company, which included in-patient rehabilitation. While at this skilled nursing facility, I taught in-service classes for CNA's, which included certifying them to operate Hoyer lifts, transferring patients safely, wheel chair safety, etc., and having the CNA's perform return demonstrations for me and then administering written exams to the CNA's. Then I gave these results to the nursing home superintendent for her evaluation of the CNA's. I performed patient treatments, documented patient treatments, and participated in daily stand up meetings with other health care professionals.
