● Created 25 troubleshooting different product handbooks for troubleshooting different problems amongst our line of products. This was used by new helpline employees, overall lowering trouble ticket errors overall by 17% per quarter.

● Reduced missing product by almost 19% by reconciling, and updating over 300 paper trouble tickets, converting each into it's appropriate cpu file, transfering, and updating proper spreadsheets within excel.

● With the Starbucks account, I was able to reduce the time that stores were without product on average of 60%. I did this by creating a Starbucks excel spreadsheet, implementing the correct data within, bringing all information up to date and maintaining all existing, and open orders. Education
