In addition, I over saw private dining operations at Daughters of Sara in Albany, N.Y. The SPHP contract was approximately 20M in annual costs and Daughters of Sara was 3M. The region included 51 managers, supervisors and dietitians. I was selected a Regional Manager of the year in 2016, 2017 and 2018 for the organization.

Responsible for the transition of three hospital food service sites including a 250 bed hospital, 40 bed women's hospital and 100 bed long term care nursing home from Sodexo to self- operative. This job included a very quick transition of vending, meal computer and nutritional systems, staff, management and dietitian turnover. It was done precisely, and on time. During the first 8 months we greatly improved HCAPP and quality scores, passed all DOH inspections with no critical citations and saved the system over .5 M in overall costs. The staffing size was approximately seven managers, 8 dietitians and 100 hourly associates.

Responsible for opening and initial over sight of all of University at Albany dining sites. Opened this 20M, multi-unit dining site at the University in 2000 and continued to grow the Chartwells’ region from to 56M in annual volume, 65 managers and well over 1,000 hourly associates. From 2007 to 2013, the team added Plattsburgh, Adirondack Community College, Nazareth College, Sacred Heart University, Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Services, Hudson Valley Community College, and Fulton Montgomery Community College. University at Albany was selected as National account of the year of the year in 2007 for the entire Chartwells' organization.
